Granite Power, Inc. provides electrical construction services for industrial, commercial, and renewable generation markets in the Chicagoland area. New Construction and Electrical Upgrades
Granite Power performs electrical installations for new construction projects, tenant buildouts and facility improvements. We strive to provide cost-effective solutions that consistently meet performance, budget, and scheduling expectations while leveraging a best value approach. Electrical installations are delivered using our in-depth knowledge of code compliance, resulting in safe, reliable, energy-efficient and high-performing electrical systems.
Building Maintenance
Our building maintenance team keeps client systems operational, saving time and money by preventing unexpected downtime. Excellent maintenance ensures all systems operate safely and maximizes the lifespan of all equipment.
Demolition
Granite Power executes demolition/decommissioning scopes such as service disconnects, complete electrical demolition, and lighting removal. We work to our clients’ scheduling needs and coordinate with other trades to “make safe” electrical equipment, ready for demolition and removal.
Renewable Energy
