Ms. Wynn will report directly to William G. Dorey,President and Chief Executive Officer of Granite.

Ms. Wynn joins Granite with more than 25 years of human resourcesexperience. Among her accomplishments, Ms. Wynn was Senior Vice President ofWorld-wide Human Resources at Adobe Systems Incorporated. Prior to that, Ms.Wynn served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Xilinx, Inc. From1993 to 1998, she acted as an independent consultant providing advice andcounsel on strategic planning and productivity improvement. She also served asDirector of Human Resources for Affymax Research Institute from 1992 to 1993.From 1979 to 1992, she worked for Intel Corporation, serving in a number ofcapacities including Corporate Business Consulting Operations Manager, HumanResources Manager and Compensation Manager. Ms. Wynn received her Bachelor ofScience degree from Bowling Green State University.
