Granite's Jayne Powell Appointed by CA Governor Brown to Water Quality Control Board
Powell has been an environmental and aggregate resources manager at Granite since 2007. As a board member she will be responsible for making critical water quality decisions for the region, including setting standards, issuing waste discharge requirements, determining compliance with those requirements, and taking appropriate enforcement actions. Once she is confirmed by the Senate, she will serve on the board for four years.
