Peg Wynn has been named Vice President, Director of Human Resources and Assistant Secretary, effective immediately. Ms. Wynn will report directly to
William G. Dorey, President and Chief Executive Officer of Granite.

Ms. Wynn joins Granite with more than 25 years of human resources experience. Among her accomplishments, Ms. Wynn was Senior Vice President of World-wide Human Resources at Adobe Systems Incorporated. Prior to that, Ms. Wynn served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Xilinx, Inc. From 1993 to 1998, she acted as an independent consultant providing advice and counsel on strategic planning and productivity improvement. She also served as Director of Human Resources for Affymax Research Institute from 1992 to 1993. From 1979 to 1992, she worked for Intel Corporation, serving in a number of capacities including Corporate Business Consulting Operations Manager, Human Resources Manager and Compensation Manager. Ms. Wynn received her Bachelor of Science degree from Bowling Green State University.
