You are eligible for benefits the first of the month following your start date. To enroll in benefits, please complete your 2024 Benefit Enrollment in WorkDay. You have 31 days from your hire date to make benefit elections.
As a reminder, your benefits will remain in effect until December 31, 2024, unless you experience a qualified change in status such as marriage, divorce, or birth/adoption of a child, in which case you have 31 days to submit your benefit changes in Workday. If you do not submit your changes timely, you will have to wait until our next Open Enrollment period to change your benefit elections for the following year.
If you are adding dependents, be sure to send in the required Dependent Documentation. Examples of acceptable documentation can be found in the Dependent Documentation Requirements.
Below you will find plan documentation about the benefit programs for which you are eligible to enroll. NetCare includes medical, dental, vision, and life insurance which details your deductibles and out of pocket maximums.
